Who uses TalentOS?

• 🏢 Agency owners + admins — manage the roster, brand pipeline, and platform settings.
• 👥 Creator managers — onboard talent, monitor health, run retention.
• 📞 Deals managers — run the brand pipeline, send quotes, close deals.
• 🎬 Creators / talent — submit deliverables, view payouts, sign contracts.
• 🛡️ Brands — review submissions, approve / request revisions, fund escrow.

First steps as an agency owner

1. Complete tenant onboarding. Go to /onboarding/tenant if you haven't already. Sets up agency identity, tax info, branding, and workflow defaults.
2. Invite your team. Users & Roles → "+ New user" with role (owner / manager / coordinator / accountant).
3. Add your first talent. Two options: one-off via Creators → "+ Add creator", or bulk import via Bulk Imports (CSV upload, up to 10,000 rows).
4. Add your first brand account. Brands → "+ Add brand". This is where you'll attach deals.
5. Create your first contract. Contracts → Create walks you through template selection and signer setup.

Key concepts

Tenant

Your agency. Each tenant is isolated — your data isn't visible to other agencies on TalentOS.

Roster

The list of creators / talent your agency represents. Roster entries hold contact info, rate cards, and performance history.

Deliverable

A unit of work a creator owes against a deal — e.g. "1 Instagram reel for X brand." Lifecycle: briefed → in_production → submitted → approved → published.

Escrow

Funded by the brand at deal start, locked until deliverables are approved, then released to the talent (minus your commission).

Settlement

The end-state of a deal — escrow released, commissions deducted, taxes withheld (TDS / GST), payouts generated.
