TalentOS provides granular role-based access control. Each role has different permissions across modules:
| Role | Access Level | Typical Use |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to all modules and settings | Agency founder or CEO |
| Admin | Full access except billing and ownership transfer | Operations director |
| Manager | Manage talents, bookings, contracts, and events | Talent manager or booking agent |
| Coordinator | View and update bookings, call sheets, schedules | Event or casting coordinator |
| Finance | Access to payments, invoices, wallet, payouts, reports | Accountant or finance lead |
| Viewer | Read-only access to assigned modules | Intern or external partner |
Custom Roles
Studio and Enterprise plans support custom roles. Create roles with fine-grained permissions per module under Settings → Roles → Create Custom Role.
For larger agencies, organize team members into Teams to control access at a group level. Teams can be based on departments, regions, or projects:
Team members inherit the team's module access, plus any individual permissions assigned to their role.
