Setting Up Calendar Sync

Connect your external calendar to keep talent availability and bookings in sync:

Google Calendar — OAuth 2.0 connection. Bookings appear as events with talent name, location, and call time

Outlook / Office 365 — Microsoft Graph API integration. Supports shared team calendars

Apple Calendar (iCal) — Subscribe via iCal feed URL. Read-only sync from TalentOS to Apple Calendar

Two-Way Sync

Google and Outlook integrations support two-way sync. Events created in the external calendar will block availability in TalentOS. Changes in TalentOS update the external calendar.
