Notification role overrides

Tenant-level customisation of the platform's role-default notification matrix. Toggle a cell to override; click "Use default" to restore. Affects new users on first seed and existing users on next role-default reseed.

Audit retention

How long preference & override audit rows for this tenant are retained before automatic deletion. Mongo's TTL monitor reaps each row at its own per-document expiry, so changing this value only affects audits written from this point forward — existing rows keep their original expiry.

Email branding

Logo and accent colour appear in the header of every transactional email. From-name and from-address override the default sender identity (the from-domain must already be SPF/DKIM-aligned with our ESP — coordinate with platform ops before changing). Leave any field blank to fall back to the TMA platform default.

How overrides apply: overrides take effect on the next role-default reseed for each user (triggered automatically on role assignment, or when a user opens their notification settings). User-set preferences are always preserved.
