Cancellation reserves
Buffer pools per tenant. Funded by a configurable percentage of completed bookings (e.g. 2%) and drawn when a cancellation triggers a refund. Reserve rate is set in tenant settings.
Reserve-rate configuration (the % of every booking that funnels into this wallet) is currently controlled at the universal-blueprint engine level. To change a tenant's rate, update the blueprint config in
@tma/shared-blueprints. A dedicated tenant-level setting is on the backend backlog.Wallets
